We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

  • ✅ Unused rackets in original packaging
  • ✅ Unopened strings, grips, and accessories
  • ✅ Unworn shoes in original box
  • ✅ Defective or damaged items (contact us immediately)

Non-Eligible Items

  • ❌ Used or strung rackets
  • ❌ Opened string packages
  • ❌ Worn shoes
  • ❌ Items returned after 30 days
  • ❌ Items not in original condition or packaging

How to Return

  1. Contact us at tennistfactory@gmail.com or via chat with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or model? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process to make sure you end up with exactly the right gear.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
