How do I choose the right racket?
Choosing the right racket depends on your skill level, playing style, and physical preferences. Check out our Racket Buying Guide for a detailed breakdown, or chat with us directly and we'll help you find the perfect match.
What grip size do I need?
Grip sizes range from 4 inches (size 0) to 4⅝ inches (size 5). A simple test: hold the racket in your dominant hand — you should be able to fit one finger between your fingertips and the base of your palm. When in doubt, go smaller — you can always add an overgrip to increase the size.
How often should I restring my racket?
A good rule of thumb: restring as many times per year as you play per week. If you play 3 times a week, restring 3 times a year. Competitive players may restring more frequently.
What's the difference between an overgrip and a replacement grip?
A replacement grip goes directly on the handle and provides the base cushioning. An overgrip is thinner and wraps over the replacement grip for added tackiness and sweat absorption. Most players use both.
