Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

• Racket Stringing Service: If you request racket stringing, please note that an additional 5-7 business days will be required for the custom stringing process. Thank you for your understanding and patience as our experts prepare your racket for the court.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free Shipping: On all orders over $100

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (calculated at checkout)

• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (calculated at checkout)

International Shipping We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Please note that any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date at tennist.shop@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items or package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly!
