Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us and we'll help you out.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working on expanding to international destinations — please check back soon!

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at tennistfactory@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
